Mechanical treatment of sludge in the past was inefficient and left its water content as high as 80%. This poor dewatering process exacerbated environmental pollution, creating a serious danger to public health.
Xuyang environmental protection company has developed a unique high-pressure belt sludge deep dewatering system for sludge deep dewatering. This up-to-date system uses a chemical approach to alter the water composition of the sludge by taking advantage of the process of 'sludge activation wall-breaking technology + high-pressure belt-type deep dewatering', converting the water inside the sludge into free water and releasing the intracellular water from the cell body. The system then utilizes a self-manufactured belt-type deep dewatering machine to mechanically dehydrate the sludge to the desired water content, thus providing a single-stop solution for sludge reduction, stabilization and safe disposal.
