Sludge with a water content of 80% that is discharged from a roller dehydrator, screw stacking machine, or centrifugal machine is sent to a screw conveyor and modifying mixer where a conditioner and modifier are added and blended. This results in the sludge being evenly delivered to the filter belt of a high-pressure belt-style sludge filter press through a distributor, and after a high-pressure continuous filter press is completed, press cake is formed with a water content of 60%. The process successfully achieves high-dry dewatering and meets environmental protection standards, making it an ideal sludge dewatering treatment machine.
